Protecting the practices we work with is central to how ErrAI is built. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in erraisync.com or any ErrAI service, we want to hear from you.
Report a vulnerability
Email security@erraisync.com with a description, the steps to reproduce it and any supporting detail. We will acknowledge your report within two business days and keep you informed as we investigate.
Please
- Give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.
- Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and stop if you encounter personal or health information.
- Do not run denial-of-service tests, social engineering or physical attacks.
We will not pursue action against good-faith research that follows these guidelines. Our machine-readable contact file is at /.well-known/security.txt.
