Privacy notice

This notice explains how ErrAI LLC (“ErrAI”) handles information collected through this website, erraisync.com. It does not cover the ErrAI application used by customer practices, which is governed by each customer’s agreement with ErrAI.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not build visitor profiles and does not track you across sites.
• Security logs. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes connection data such as IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Embedded calendar

The Events page shows a calendar hosted by Google. When that page loads, Google receives standard request information from your browser under Google’s privacy policy.

Please do not send health information

This website and our general email addresses are not intended for personal health information. Please do not include medical details about yourself or anyone else when contacting us.

How we use and share information

We use information to answer you, run and secure the website, and improve it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as Google Workspace and Cloudflare) or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent us by writing to privacy@erraisync.com.

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
